KSHS Policy Guidlines

NOTE: We have changed our trading name to “K S HAIR STUDIOS” and will also continue to operate under “HBMS.K”

1 - DEPOSIT

a) In order to secure an appointment with K S HAIR STUDIOS, you will have to pay a non-refundable £10 deposit via our website. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. You can reschedule your appointment within 24hrs of paying your deposit. If you attempt to reschedule an appointment in excess of 24 hrs, you will have to pay another non-
refundable £10 deposit.

b) If you do wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us.

2 - PUNCTUALITY

a) Please factor in any road works/delays in your travel time. If you are late for your appointment, you will be charged a late fee of £10. If you are any later than 20 minutes your appointment may be cancelled. Please keep us informed on your whereabouts if you are
running late.

b) Please understand that some appointments may not start or finish on time. Please allow an adequate amount of time after your proposed appointment finish time to avoid delays in your following plans.

3 - COVID-19

a) We are committed to practicing safe and hygienic measures to ensure our client’s safety. Please wear a face mask (unless exempt) upon arrival at your appointment.

4 - PRE-APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

a)
Please blow dry out your hair before your appointment, or if you prefer not to use heat, please ensure your hair is detangled. If you prefer us to blow-dry your hair out before your appointment; we charge an additional fee of £10 for this service.

b) You can purchase braiding hair from us via the website. Alternatively, you can purchase your own braiding hair before your appointment. Please ensure you have the correct number of packets as indicated on the website.

c) If you have any allergies to any particular hair products, you must inform us.

5 – STUDIO ETTIQUETTE

a) Charging of phones/devices in our studio is not encouraged. However, for emergency device usage, we will allow a 30-minute charge window. Please attempt to fully charge all devices you intend on bringing to your appointment.

b) You are permitted to bring any food or beverage you wish to consume at your appointment. Please ensure all rubbish is put away and area is left clean.

6 – ENQUIRIES

a) We are extremely busy. Please allow a response time of 12-48 hours for any query.
